GAREIA is the Georgia real estate investors association.  In March 2009, Brad and Jennifer were invited to be the keynote speakers to the landlord subgroup.  This group is composed of GAREIA members who either actively manage their own properties, manage properties for others or hire professional property managers to manager their properties.  This is the audio from our keynote speech to the landord subgroup at GAREA in March 2009.
